Richard Thielen Richard Thielen brings more than 15 years of experience in the federal government industry and commercial marketplace to his position as Executive Vice President and General Manager. Mr. Thielen leads a seasoned senior management team in planning, developing and implementing strategies to grow Centurion's products and services, corporate presence and reputation in the federal government sector. As General Manager, Mr. Thielen provides direction and oversight toward the achievement of Centurion's mission and vision. Prior to joining Centurion, Mr. Thielen worked for Verizon and AT&T where he was responsible for implementing sales strategies, growth and retention within the Department of Justice and the Army. Mr. Thielen holds a MS in Telecommunications from George Washington University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University. |

Cynthia Ingram Cynthia Ingram brings 21 years of sales, marketing, operations and mentoring experience to her leadership position as Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Ms. Ingram manages the team responsible for sales of the iNOW Series of products driving revenue and marketing campaigns that create brand awareness and lead generation. Ms. Ingram joined Centurion after 26 years with IBM. Ms. Ingram’s tenure with IBM included executive assignments in sales leadership including management of a Federal Civilian Agency sales organization, hardware and software marketing programs, complex project management and international client relationship building. Ms. Ingram earned a dual MS in Criminology and Psychology from Michigan State University. She has been active in the technology community serving in various capacities for the Federal Industry Advisory Committee (IAC) and the Northern Virginia Technology Council. |

Douglas Ingram As Managing Director, Analytics, Doug Ingram leads Centurion’s development and implementation of the Opportunity Assessment NOW (OAN) analytics program. Dr. Ingram conducts presentations of the OAN model to business executives, and manages the team of analysts who perform in-depth briefings of Centurion's OAN intelligence services to industry decision-makers. Dr. Ingram is also CEO of the Ingram Group, a provider of management and consulting expertise. Prior to founding the Ingram Group, Dr. Ingram served as President, US Sales and Consulting Services for PSINet. He founded and was CEO and President of LCT, an industry leader in Project Management and Customer Responsive Solutions. He has also held senior positions with Planning Research Corporation, IBM and TRW Systems. Dr. Ingram earned a BA in Physics, an MA in Mathematics from Pepperdine University and a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas. He is a graduate of the Executive Program at the Darden Business School, University of Virginia. He served on the Board of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, is currently the Chairman of the Board of RemitPro and on the Advisory Board of Capital TechSearch. |

Al Freer Al Freer brings a wealth of experience with strategic pricing and cost modeling, analytics and federal business development. He oversees the delivery of strategic and tactical pricing and cost modeling services while also providing subject matter expertise to Centurion’s Analytics Competency Center. Mr. Freer has a diversified background of over thirty-four years with expertise in the areas of project management, capture management, price-to-win analysis, proposal management, project operations, finance, business, and administration. He has leadership skills in line, functional and staff organizations. His previous position was with SM&A-ifour as Vice President, Price-to-Win. Prior to that, Al was employed by Raytheon and TRW where he held a variety of positions including business/financial management, deal-to-win, operations management, program management, business unit management and business development. |

Mike Lisagor Mike Lisagor has spent over 30 years in the government contracting community. As Centurion's Government Business Development Subject-Matter Expert he is responsible for sharing business development, capture and proposal processes and best practices with Centurion clients. Mr. Lisagor conducts Centurion's Federal Contractor Knowledge Webinar Series and is the author of the business development advice in Centurion's marketing campaign. Mr. Lisagor founded Celerity Works in 1999, a government contracting consulting firm. Prior to 1999, Mr. Lisagor was an IT government contractor BD Vice President for over 10 years. During this time he led successful bid capture efforts at several federal agencies including FAA, FBI and the Department of Defense. Mr. Lisagor has an MS in Management and taught marketing for managers at National Louis University. He was the recipient of the Fed 100 Award in 1999 and 2002, the co-chair of the WTIA B2G community, an emeritus board member of AFFIRM, and the author of Winning and Managing Government Business and The Enlightened Manager. |

Fritzi Serafin Fritzi Serafin oversees the delivery of strategic and market research analysis services and provide custom research and analysis reports on the federal government market, trends and industry competitors. She also provides subject matter expertise to Centurion’s Analytics Competency Center. Fritzi has over thirty years experience in the aerospace/defense and information technology market providing assessments of new market areas, competitive analysis and federal budget analysis. Her previous position was with the North American Public Sector of CSC as Senior Research Analyst. Prior to that, she held various management positions at Federal Sources, epipeline and PricewaterhouseCoopers. |

Todd Theoret Mr. Theoret brings more than 15 years hardware and software experience to his role as Chief Technology Officer. He is the lead on Centurion's corporate technology and information initiatives. Mr. Theoret, with key executives, devises the IT framework aligned with Centurion's overall business strategy, technology procedures and practices and he advises corporate leadership about IT investments. Mr. Theoret was a Senior Systems Engineer for several years prior to joining Centurion. During previously held positions as both an IT customer and vendor, He performed operational infrastructure requirements and improved technology. Mr. Theoret holds a BS in Management Information Systems from California State University, Long Beach, and has been awarded high-level technical certifications. |

Jeffrey Silverman Jeffrey Silverman brings more than 10 years of experience in government contracting information resources to his position as Vice President of Sales. As one of Centurion's strategic advisors, Mr. Silverman applies knowledge and sales expertise to the strategy which the iNOW Series of products are sold and in building a substantial customer base. He provides expert in-depth briefings of Centurion’s business intelligence products and services to industry executives. Before joining Centurion, Mr. Silverman led the sales organization at The Federal Capture Group selling a federal market business development software application to government contractors. He also led federal marketing and business development at Danya International, a Government contractor headquartered in the Washington D.C. area. Mr. Silverman holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Northeastern University. |

Kathleen Sievers As the Senior Director of Market Research, Ms. Sievers is a highly respected 19-year veteran of the federal contracting and market intelligence industry. She supervises the research and analysis team in providing quality research and high-value content to Centurion’s business intelligence product. Ms. Sievers also utilizes her experience as both a government contractor and a research analyst to analyze, comprehend and anticipate the needs of Centurion’s clients. Prior to joining Centurion, Ms. Sievers was the Federal Research Manager at epipeline where she lead the federal research team, maintained the Operations and Maintenance vertical, managed research-based client inquiries, and wrote over 60 comprehensive NAICS analysis reports. P. Steven Plaugher Steve Plaugher brings 10 years of experience in the federal market to his role in supporting Centurion clients. As Director of Customer Services, Mr. Plaugher leads Centurion's team of specialists in providing a full spectrum of service offerings and facilitates the development of new and innovative ways of turning data into intelligence for customers. Mr. Plaugher oversees the day-to-day operation of the customer service team, providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure client satisfaction. He teams with Centurion's IT department in the development of new technology geared specifically to improving service to clients of Centurion. Prior to joining Centurion, Mr. Plaugher developed and managed new trainings and services for major clients of a firm based in Washington, D.C. Mr. Plaugher holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in both History and Theatre from Radford University located in Southwestern Virginia. |

Travis Low A technical professional with over 20 years of software engineering experience, and 10 years prior experience as a production artist, Travis Low brings a unique brand of problem-solving and creativity to his role as Director of Software Development. In this role, Mr. Low directs all application development, custom research tools, database design, and website operations at Centurion Research Solutions. He has extensive experience with multiple technologies and platforms, and employs cutting edge techniques to meet Centurion’s business challenges. Prior to joining Centurion, Mr. Low spent 10 years as a consultant and small business owner helping nonprofits to provide online services, grow their web presence, and foster the development of virtual communities. Mr. Low graduated cum laude with a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Rochester, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. |

Kathy Johnson Kathy Johnson brings 24 years of Marketing and Sales experience to her position as Director of Business Development. During her current tenure with Centurion, Ms. Johnson implements and manages sales strategy and leads a skilled and multi-disciplined team to achieve the sales goals of the company. She manages the sales process and pursuing and closing key sales opportunities by understanding client requirements and managing their expectations. Ms. Johnson makes use of her experience to assist in providing Centurion leadership with market feedback regarding prospect needs, competitive offerings and product development ideas. Prior to becoming employed at Centurion, Ms. Johnson served as Marketing Director and Consultant for several large companies where she planned and executed marketing strategies to maximize product growth and profitability. Several record-breaking campaigns won her various accolades including Employee of the Year and Team of the Year. Ms. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the University of Virginia. |

Mike McKay Mike Mckay comes to Centurion with more than 20 years of sales and customer service management experience. As Sales Executive, he uses his experience in his approach to potential customers with the aim of winning new business and acting as a contact between Centurion and its potential markets. Mr. McKay liaisons with an expert Centurion sales team to structure a process of relationship building, best practice and sales presentation. He provides expert in-depth briefings of Centurion's business intelligence products and services to industry decision-makers. Mr. McKay's previous endeavors include employment with an 8a WOSB company in government contracting for agencies such as DOT, FEMA and DOC. He also worked at AT&T heading up a team of account managers who were responsible for supporting and servicing hundreds of various size clients. Mr. McKay is a U.S. Marine Corp veteran (CBRN Specialist) and has served on Embassy duty for the Department of State. He has also served on federal protection detail for a former Secretary of State. |
